Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2024 Live Updates: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board on May 21 announced the results of Pre-University Certificate (PUC 2) exams. The secondary PUC Exam-2 was conducted from April 29 to May 16. The board on April 10 announced the results of the PUC 2 first exams.
The Secondary Exam 2 results are available at the NIC website — karresults.nic.in. Students will be allowed to choose the scores of II PUC Exam 2 as well for the KCET examination. The Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2024 results are also expected to release anytime now.

“The reason for increase in pass percentage is because of the 80-20 question paper pattern- 80 marks of theory and 20 marks of internal assessment. Moreover out of the 80 marks for theory, 20 marks are Multiple Choice questions which have contributed to increase in pass percentage. Moreover even this non science subjects like mathematics, social science fall under the 80-20 pattern. Important points to remember for revaluation of answer scripts:

- As per "Karnataka Pre-University course S LP E 1997, 29 (A)" revaluation marks will be considered as marks scored in Exam -2

The Karnataka Board has changed the exam pattern this year. As per the revised rules, the Karnataka Board II PUC exams will be held as Exams 1, 2 and 3 to “reduce stress and anxiety among students and to create better education and employment opportunities for them.”
