NASCAR at Las Vegas results: Alex Bowman holds off Kyle Larson to get win at Pennzoil 400 | Sporting News (2024)

Cars were spinning like roulettes in Vegas, and Alex Bowman hit the jackpot.

There were 12 caution flags in all on Sunday at the Pennzoil 400, with a number of cars hitting the wall and sliding all over the track in Sin City. Late in the race, Erik Jones and Bubba Wallace had some spins of their own, leading to some NASCAR overtime.

At the end of it, Bowman took home the checkered flag, holding off Kyle Larson, who was last week's race winner in California.

Three races, three different winners early on in the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series. Here's how it played out.
