Olivia Wilde Slams Leaked Custody Battle Docs Between Jason Sudeikis (2024)

The messy Olivia Wilde/Jason Sudeikis custody battle rages on. Wild has accused the Ted Lasso star of trying to “litigate her into debt” as their legal dispute continues. In a statement on Friday afternoon (March 24), Wilde said the latest custody documents were leaked to the press.

Furthermore, the actress called coverage of their separation “relentless and traumatic.” Wilde’s rep told Yahoo Entertainment:

“The sealed and private documents that were leaked today are the utmost breach of trust and never intended for public consumption. This private family matter, involving young children, has continued to be a tabloid fixture and the press coverage dating back a year has been relentless and traumatic. Olivia only continues to be focused on co-parenting her children and moving past this difficult period swiftly and drama free.”

As we’ve previously reported, a New York judge and a California judge ruled all custody issues should be handled in Los Angeles. L.S. is the children’s home city. Sudeikis has been fighting to have the case heard in New York, but the New York judge has denied the Emmy-winner’s petition for the second time. In response, Wilde’s divorce lawyers claim Sudeikis “should not be permitted to litigate Olivia into debt, and then claim she should be deprived of her right to seek a needs-based fee contribution from him.”

In addition to her messy custody battle, Wilde’s ex, Harry Styles seemed to move on, spotted in Tokyo making out with Emily Ratajkowski. The two were seen standing outside of a nightclub and didn’t appear to be concerned with onlookers. Videos have been shared online showing them kissing passionately against a car.

Wilde and Ratajkowski were seen just two weeks ago partying together at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. According to Deuxmoi, Styles, Wilde and Ratajkowski had a threesome.
