It has been a wonderful experience making friends and some role models have shaped the way I think for the better, physically and mentally. But some of the teachers seem like there only there for the pay check and the mostly invest into sports like basketball and football.

There are many things that my school does great like having a feminine hygiene center that young girls can go to and take supplies that they need and have teachers that care about the students. My school isn't perfect, which none is, but the faculty try their very best to make sure their students succeed.

To start, I've always felt at home in Rockcastle County and was so excited to finally reach high school. The teachers are more than welcome to help anyone in their educational goals and are interested in advancing a student's potential. I know from my experience that our teachers like to have an enjoyable time and do many class activities, like math contests and making restaurant tier lists. The school hosts various contests as well, like an olympics style event every fall and "grade battle", where the four grades send representatives for various competitions every spring.
For change, I'd assume all schools are like this, but I would like to see students have more of a desire to learn and apply what they learn. I know that here we have some rowdy students that just disrupt class for the fun of it. Teachers send them out, but it's easy to tell that those students never really mature in their lifestyle.
In conclusion, I love Rockcastle and I'm sure you will too!
