"Very few tellers, the virtual tellers crash regularly, fees for an innumerable number of different "services" and transactions. The fees are substantially higher than any other bank. Not to mention, I dont want my financial institution to be politcally motivated. Nothing like what CCFCU was. Went back to Chase after 5yrs of trying to work with "Embold". Anywhere else will be better."

"Was a member for about two years. Service is OK. Did not care for the rainbow decor. Finally went to a different credit union when I found out they were a big sponsor of men dancing in front of young kids."

"Very helpful tellers who work with you and are kind, only thing I don't like about this bank now is that they support and partner with this Drag for Kids shows, I do not support that at all and just may be changing banks soon to a place much closer to Central Oregon."

"I called in to make a payment on my personal loan and auto loan and it was a great experience. I worked with Jamie and I could see her smile over the phone.I had explained to her how I have a business as well, so she helped me update my contact information to keep my customers safe from any data breaches.She was very patient while she took my payment even though she was having technical issues with her system she kept a calm composer the whole time.Clackamas Federal Credit Union has saved me thousands of dollars by low interest rates so I can put more money into my business.I can tell that this credit union is in no way like a corporate bank, but still has the convenience of online and mobile banking that I can link to my other banking accounts out the credit union.I have been with US Bank for 12 years and never received such great customer service. Keep up the good work Jamie!!!"
